Meet Asheville native, RICK TISDALE. He is a graduate of NC State with a BA in Business Management and a BA in Economics.
After graduating from NC State University he spent ten years in a successful sales career followed by approximately 12 years in management with Matthews-Ford in Asheville.
Rick has been highly active in local civic organizations and has previously served on the UNCA Athletics Board of Directors. He is a professed sports-aholic and enjoys motorcycling and scuba diving. He also coaches a 7 and 8th grade boys basketball team.
His real estate career includes both residential and commercial real estate. His life long knowledge of Asheville and the surrounding area is a benefit to sellers and also to both local buyers as well as out of town buyers. He also draws on his previous management education and experience to assure an orderly transaction for his buyers and sellers.
In just his third full year as an agent he was the leading sales person in the downtown office with a total of twenty seven million in closed sales. Rick was also the top volume producer in the Commercial Dept. with a total of over 15,000,000 in closed sales in 2005. As 2010 begins, Rick has closed over 50 million in sales.
