Seth is a highly successful realtor and consistently places in the top ten percent of realtors in Western North Carolina.  Last year he was the in-house sales leader for the Beverly-Hanks & Assocaies downtown office. Seth has also earned Beverly-Hanks & Associates “Raving Fans” Award two of the last eight years. He is a native to the area and constantly works to stay abreast of the Asheville real estate markets.

Seth has earned several real estate professional designations including: ABR (Accredited buyer Representative, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent council (REBAC).  He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mars Hill College and he is a member of the Asheville and Madison County Board of Realtors.
