SUE COBB

Sue Cobb’s real estate beginnings took place in the Cleveland, Ohio area in 1985 where she sold for five years and then became the manager of a Smythe/Cramer real estate office (one of the largest independent brokers in the country) which is now Howard Hannah. Since then she has earned several Professional Designations that include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNHS (Certified New Homes Specialists), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist).

In 1993, Sue and her husband relocated to Asheville and she has built the same professional reputation in this area, dedicating herself to her client’s needs and providing the high level of knowledge and expertise that every buyer and seller want in what is usually the largest investment they will ever make in their life.

On a personal level, she has many interests and hobbies. She has played classical flute since she was nine years old. She loves cooking and entertaining, hiking the fabulous mountain trails and continues her pastimes of knitting and needlepoint. She has one grown son who lives in Asheville and confesses to having two of the most spoiled dogs - but, well behaved! One is a chocolate standard Poodle who is a registered therapy dog with the Delta Society (Paws with a Purpose in Asheville) and the other a Yorkshire Terrier who needs therapy! Sue donates a portion of what she earns to Paws with a Purpose.

Even with her very busy real estate schedule, Sue participates in volunteer activities and is an active member of an international organization called PEO which raises money to help send women to college.
